Publishing output from LLM's to slack is not great. I want an endpoint to change the markdown to something that Slack can parse and it looks good.

Change the delimiter of a csv file from one option to another. I hate when a service only expects "|" and I have to then write some find and replace to switch my comma's to pipes.
